What past experience do you have at being a staff member?  I have been staff on many servers before. Imagine, I have been playing since 2014 so I have had a lot of time to gather experience. Now I know a lot of things about servers. From gamemodes Factions to Freeop I have been staff on them. From ranks helper to co-owner I was them. I have been staff on a server called NexusPrime. It got around 7 players in the evening if you come on at the right time. I was Moderator on it and I worked my way up from Trial Mod. I was Trial-Mod for about 12 days so I know what it is like to wait. This isn't the only server I have been staff on though. I only included this part as it wasn't a long time ago that the server shutdown from funds. As mentioned, I am very experienced so I have been staff on many other servers. They are now down though because their weren't many donations or the owner forgot to pay the server bill. Going more in detail, I have experience in many things regarding a server. One of these things are plugins. These include permission plugins, gamemode plugins such as skyblock and factions, staff plugins, punishmental plugins such as maxbans and more, etc.
What advice would you give to someone who had to deal with someone younger than them?: Well age is simply a number and so if someone younger than you was staff then that means they are experienced and worked hard for that position.

Why do you want to be a staff member on this server?  As mentioned before, I want to help out the server with the best of my abilities. I see that the server is low on staff and I think I can help fill a position up. I have lots of experience to helping out wouldn't be too hard.

Why should we accept your application over others? You should accept me over other applications for the following reasons. First off, I have a lot of experience in this role. Second off, I am good at other things, not just being a Manager. I know how to configure plugins, moderate, administrate and more! If we are low on any one of these positions I would be glad to help out outside of my boundaries. Thirdly, I have many traits that fit this position. Respect, Activity, Loyal, Patient, etc.

What Would You Do If Someone Did Not Finish A Assignment On Time: Well first I would ask the person to please do it. If I then check in later in like 15 minutes and they say they didn't start it yet I would warn them that finishing assignments is a major part of being staff and if they don't do it they could most likely be suspended as it is a requirement of being staff. Otherwise, if they say they are doing it I would leave them be and I would tell the owner that the staff member is getting there assignments done properly.

What Would You Do If A Staff Member Was Abusing Powers: First, I would record footage of them abusing. After that I would tell them to stop. Then, I would temporarily suspend them until the owner gets back to this abusive staff member(I would also show the footage to the owner so he knows that i'm not abusing myself).

Being a staff member means you need to be mature, active and many other things. Being patient is one of them.
I am very patient and that is important for many reasons. First off, If you are talking to someone but they don't understand you then you need to be able to explain it in better words, and this could take a long time. Second off, Incase there aren't that many moderators on then I would go and catch hackers. Since this is factions there would be a lot. If the hacker is smart they would try and hide it to their best of ways. Trying to catch them could take a while. Since I do not ban someone without very clear evidence this could take a while.
